We are thrilled to officially invite you to our upcoming Osteopathic Paediatrics - Module 2, a comprehensive workshop designed for professionals eager to deepen their understanding and enhance their practice in osteopathy and related fields.

Osteopathic Paediatrics - Module 2

Overview:

Set in the scenic Byron Bay Conference Centre, this course offers three engaging sessions designed to elevate your understanding of osteopathic paediatrics. Led by the esteemed George Stylian, participants will explore foundational and advanced concepts in osteopathic assessment and treatment.

Module 2 is a prerequisite for the following modules, 3 to 6. Exemptions are granted only to those who have successfully completed a 40-day Fundamentals course in Osteopathy in the Cranial Field. Upon registration an invoice will be issued and your place will be secured with payment of your $500 deposit. You will then receive your pre-reading materials and a discount opportunity for accommodation at the conference venue, should you choose to stay there.

$1300 for 4th year Osteopathy students*

$825 refresher price for previous Module 2 graduates

This course is suitable for Osteopaths (and other allied health professionals) or final year students

Course Overview:

  • Exploring Biodynamic Embryologic Formative and Developmental Movements

  • Anatomy, physiology, and embryology of the Primary Respiratory Mechanism

  • Palpatory skills for assessing and treating the cranial base, vault, core link, and major diaphragms

  • Understanding the potency within and establishing midline balance

Course Outcomes:

This course equips participants with the foundational knowledge and clinical skills necessary to apply Osteopathy in the Cranial Field, specifically in paediatric settings. Participants will gain proficiency in palpation techniques, diagnostic assessments, and treatment strategies essential for effective paediatric osteopathic care.
